The rush duel card Legend Magician cant activate its effect to excavate the top 3 cards and then send 1 monster -
Bug reproduction steps
If you summon the card it wont be able to activate its effect that doesnt have any cost, also if you happen to have the card in your deck an error will appear on your screen
